I started First Love Yourself as a single mother of two, after realizing I had spent so much time taking care of everyone else that I forgot to take care of me. I was pouring from an empty cup, and it was taking a toll—mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

One day, I made the decision to start choosing me—to love myself first, unapologetically. That shift changed everything, and I knew I wasn’t the only one who needed that reminder.

That’s why I created this brand—to encourage other women, moms, and anyone feeling unseen to remember: You matter. You are enough. You deserve love—starting with your own.
